You may be wondering why I decided to create three websites for myself.
The reason is simple: my business is no longer simple. As an authorpreneur, I am looking at all the pieces of a business that I can have: books, audiobooks, blog, forum, podcast, course, immersive storyverse.
I need a bigger umbrella than Kelly McClymer, so Kelly McClymer Books will shield all my new enterprises from the rains that fortune brings.
What does that mean for you, my reader?
- More consistency, as I bring on staff. My apologies for my inconsistency. I have come to understand that the creative brain struggles with this because of the need for a deep dive when in creation mode. I hate when I surface to discover that I’ve missed your email, or haven’t sent you a newsletter in way too long.
- More contact with me. Part of me (the part that likes to live in a deep dark creative cave) wonders if you want that. I hope you do. I need you to do all the ambitious things I want to do.
- More questions. You have the answers, so don’t be surprised when I reach out to ask you my questions.
The future looks amazing to me. I hope, as I lay my new creations out one by one, you think they look amazing, too.
