That’s either the title of a holiday listicle I’ll be submitting in the hopes of strumming up extra cash…or it’s the mental game I’m playing during après ski.

My first impression of the snowboarder balking at the top of the ski run wasn’t the greatest. But a couple of drinks in, with his ruffled hair, whiskey eyes, and southern twang, Oliver transforms from lukewarm to sizzling dreamy Texan.

This is the year I’m supposed to turn my life around. This is the year I’m supposed to live my life for me. What better way to kick start my new life than with a holiday fling?

Plus, it’s my first Christmas without my family. And Oliver’s alone at Christmas too. No one should be alone at Christmas, right?
